Wow! Term 4 is almost here!
Held at the Body Wisdom studio in Hall, Meditation classes will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings, and Tuesday mornings, beginning the week of October 12.
Evening classes start at 7.30pm, so its not so much of a rush after work, and the morning class is at 10.30am. Classes run for approximately 60 minutes, sometimes a little longer – depending on discussions!
Over 10 weeks, you will learn a number of non-religious Meditation styles, along with other easily-implemented stress management techniques. The cost is $175.
