Who Matters Most

This is today’s post from one of my favourite Facebook Health and Wellness pages, “Gratitude Twenty Four Seven”…
“The best thing we can do for our loved ones is take care of ourselves. What we contribute to our relationships, work and the world can only be as healthy and harmonious as we are. Trying to serve others before our own needs are met affects the quality of what we give. The more we honor and respect ourselves, the more we can truly offer the same to others. Making sure weโ€™re balanced and happy makes good sense. When weโ€™re feeling good, our joy radiates out to everyone around us.
As within, so without.
Jarl and Steve.”
