As I mentioned last week, my “Byron Bliss Yoga and Meditation Retreat” will run between August 5-9, 2019. I now have details for you!
Staying at the heavenly Aloha Byron Bay, this will be a “do as much or as little as you like” experience – other than daily yoga and meditation! – in the nurturing surrounds of Byron Bay. There are only five rooms – each with it’s own bathroom – available, your retreat will be fully-catered (in-house and in some of the region’s delicious cafes and restaurants), and my lovely Byron team will be on hand to ensure your experience is second-to-none.
Your five-day, four-night “Byron Bliss Yoga and Meditation Retreat” experience includes:
*Four nights in beautiful accommodation
*Delicious, locally-sourced meals – organic where possible
*Daily yoga, relaxation, and meditation practice
*Gentle daily exercise and stretching
You can do as much or as little as you like! – including:
**Greeting the new day from Australia’s most easterly point, Cape Byron
**Indulging in the local Byron café scene – the food in this region is incredible!
**Meeting local producers at the famous Byron Farmer’s Market – and stocking up on their delicacies!
**Exploring the Byron hinterland, including the gorgeous village of Bangalow, Protester Falls, Rocky Creek Dam, Mullumbimby, or the Tweed River Art Gallery at Murwillumbah
**Or, just relax on the beach or by the pool! Yes, you can swim at Byron in August!
“Optional extra” activities are also available, and include –
**A day-spa visit
**Walking tours through the Byron hinterland
**Learning to surf
**Rainforest or scenic coastal mountain bike tours
What’s not included

Transport to, from, and around Byron Bay.
Travel insurance – highly recommended, as refunds will not be made.
Extras – you are more than welcome to add in additional treatments or activities from the above offerings, and your overall Retreat cost will be increased accordingly.

Please note – a minimum of five people are required for the retreat to proceed.
