Body Wisdom – Centre for Peace and Wellbeing’s “Beginning Meditation” is suitable for complete beginners or people wishing to get back into Meditation. The course introduces you to effective relaxation techniques and progresses through a range of different Meditation styles so that you can discover and focus on the style you find suits you best as an individual. Through regular daily practice, you will begin to notice the many benefits of Meditation – including less stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, a sense of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, improved sleep, more energy, and better health in general.
A few places are still available for Term 1 classes. Starting on January 18, and running for six weeks, classes are being held at the following times:
