A holistic approach to coaching is one in which you treat the whole person – Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotion – in order to bring balance in to their whole lives and to ensure they are in touch with their own needs on a holistic level. Holistic coaching recognises the value of past experiences that have contributed to the client’s current situation, but it is more about letting go of the past and moving forward – not rehashing the old. The role of the counsellor is to provide the client with practical tools they can use to become self-empowered, more confidant, and make sound choices that will assist them in achieving the goals they have set for themselves.
Embarking on a wellness journey may feel a little daunting! To that end, your coaching experience with me will be a step-by-step guided and safe journey.
Your sessions will address your needs holistically, and can take place in the comfort of your own home, in person or via Skype, or at a mutually-agreed upon location. This experience is about you achieving the result you are after, so please allow up to 90 minutes per session.
Online and phone support is also available during your coaching experience with me. These contact details will be provided to you during your first session.
