In addition, there will Saturday morning Beginning Meditation and Yoga workshops that will run from 9.30am – 1.00pm. Morning tea is included. The cost for these sessions is $75, and the dates are as follows:

September 3
October 1 – cancelled
November 5.

A minimum of five bookings are required for these workshops to run.

Sessions are also available for experienced Meditators and those beginners who wish to practice and develop their Meditation experience. Beginning January 22, 2016 the following times are available for you:
Wednesday and Friday mornings 6.30-7.00am. Bookings are required.

New for 2016
Dru yoga


Rejuvenate on all levels using gentle, but powerful, Dru yoga techniques with Dahna McConnachie. Dru yoga uses a combination of flowing sequences, slow postures, affirmation, breathing and relaxation to release tension and increase vitality on physical and mental levels. It is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness or health.
Starting Tuesday, February 2, 2016 6.30pm
Cost: $20 casual fee per class, $80 for a block of 5 classes. Your first class is free if you decide to buy a block of five classes.


Wellness retreats
This year, one “Living Free” 7-night and one “Shining Souls” 5-night retreats will be held in Byron Bay. Staying at Byron Luxury Beach Houses, you will have the opportunity to rest and rejuvenate in luxury accommodation, learn meditation, experience sunrise beach yoga, go sea kayaking, spend a day at a luxury spa, eat locally-sourced organic cuisine, walk along the beach, and do the walk to Australia’s most easterly point, Cape Byron and the infamous lighthouse. You will also have a one-on-one wellness assessment, with me, included in the cost. BLISS!
