As a qualified Fitness Trainer, I provide professional and accurate Personal Training to low risk individuals, groups, and specialised populations, on:

      • Menopause
      • Obesity
      • Pre- and postnatal considerations
      • Diabetes
      • Asthma
      • Cardiac risk
      • Arthritis
      • Osteoporosis
      • Anaemia
      • “Older adults”
      • Resistance, core strength and stability, flexibility, and endurance training
      • Running technique and training for events
      • Boxing
      • Nutrition for weight loss, and carry out
      • Fitness assessments

Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes in length, and are available for individuals, pairs, or small groups of three to eight people.

  • Individual – $90 per session
  • Pairs – $125 per session
  • Small group – $20-$55 per person per session
